PARADISE ROAD

PARADIESSTRASSE is the amazing and true story of a courageous woman who has been exposed to all the atrocities of the 20th century. Optimistic, confident and independent she stands for refugees all over the world who have to leave their home countries and start anew in a foreign country.
The staging centers on the dramatic tale of the woman farmer Lena Grigoleit, doubled by her young Lithuanian alter ego, who employs all her worldly wisdom to face the adversities of war and occupation, displacement and exile with dignity.
